Initial Inspection and Diagnostic Overview

1. Check condition of BRAKE Fuse. If fuse is blown, locate and repair source of overload.
- Check for a broken (or partially broken) wire inside of the insulation which could cause system failure but prove "GOOD" in a continuity/voltage check (Refer "Troubleshooting Procedures")
Diagnostic Aids
- Check for proper installation of aftermarket electronic equipment which may effect the integrity of other systems (Refer "Troubleshooting Procedures"). Diagnostic Aids

WARNING: THE FOLLOWING TEST REQUIRES THAT YOU FREE-ROLL THE REAR WHEELS OF THE VEHICLE ON THE HOIST BE SURE THE WHEELS ARE FREE OF OBSTRUCTIONS AND THAT YOU AND OTHERS STAY CLEAR OF THE WHEELS AT ALL TIMES. FAILURE TO DO SO MAY RESULT IN INJURY OR DEATH. DO NOT BRING WHEEL SPEED ABOVE 70 MPH.
