Crankshaft Position Sensor: Testing and Inspection

The Crankshaft Position Sensor (CPS) provides a signal which the Vehicle Control Module (VCM-A) uses as reference to calculate RPM and crankshaft position. Refer to Ignition System/System Diagnosis/Procedures for additional information.
