Fuel Level Sensor
Fuel Level Sensor:
The PCM uses the input from the
fuel level sensor (1) in order to determine the amount of fuel in the fuel tank. The misfire diagnostic and the EVAP system diagnostic also use the fuel level information. The PCM also controls the fuel gauge based on the fuel level input.
