Vehicle Rollover Sensor



INFLATABLE RESTRAINT VEHICLE ROLLOVER SENSOR REPLACEMENT

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Fold back the rear carpet in order to gain access to the sensor. Refer to Carpet Replacement - Rear (TrailBlazer, Envoy, Bravada) Carpet Replacement - Rear (TrailBlazer EXT, Envoy XL) Carpet Replacement - Rear (Envoy XUV) in Body and Accessories-Interior Trim.
2. Disconnect the electrical connector.
3. Remove the nuts securing rollover sensor to the floor panel.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Connect the electrical connectors.
2. Install the nuts securing the rollover sensor to the floor panel.

Tighten the screws to 10 N.m (88 lb in).

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

3. Install rear carpet.
