Transfer Case Rear Output Shaft Speed Sensor Replacement - Right Side

Removal Procedure




1. Raise and suitably support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle.
2. Disconnect the right rear speed sensor electrical connector (3).




3. Remove the right rear speed sensor.

Installation Procedure





Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice.

1. Install the right rear speed sensor.

Tighten the speed sensor to 15 N.m (11 lb ft).




2. Connect the right rear speed sensor electrical connector (3).
3. Lower the vehicle.
