Front Side Door Window Belt Outer Sealing Strip Replacement

Removal Procedure




1. Lower the front door window.
2. Remove the outside rearview mirror. Refer to Outside Rearview Mirror Replacement (Outside Rearview Mirror Replacement).
3. Remove the front door outer belt sealing strip by pulling the sealing strip from the front door pinchweld flange.

Installation Procedure




1. Position the front door outer belt sealing strip to the front door pinchweld flange.
2. Install the sealing strip to the pinchweld flange by pressing the sealing strip down into place until it is fully seated.
3. Install the outside rearview mirror. Refer to Outside Rearview Mirror Replacement (Outside Rearview Mirror Replacement).
4. Raise the front door window.
