System Diagnosis

SYSTEM DIAGNOSIS
1. If safety belts prevent both front doors from opening freely, refer to Seat Belt Control Module / Testing and Inspection / Procedures / Safety Belt Indicator Driver Module Test.
2. If safety belts prevent one front door from opening freely and Fasten Belts Indicator does not light when door is opened with the ignition switch in Run, refer to Seat Belt Retractor / Testing and Inspection / Procedures / Safety Belt Retractor Switch Test.
3. If safety belts prevent one front door from opening freely and Fasten Belts indicator lights when door is opened with the ignition switch in Run, refer to Seat Belt Retractor / Testing and Inspection / Procedures / Safety Belt Retractor Solenoid Test.
4. Fasten Belts indicator does not come on when a front door is open with the ignition switch in Run, but doors operate normally, refer to Instrument Panel, Gauges and Warning Indicators / Seat Belt Reminder Lamp / Testing and Inspection / Procedures / Fasten Belts Indicator Test.
5. Fasten Belts indicator is on continuously with ignition switch in Run and doors closed and front doors can open freely, refer to Instrument Panel, Gauges and Warning Indicators / Seat Belt Reminder Lamp / Testing and Inspection / Procedures / Indicator Short Test.
