Removal/Installation
1.
Disconnect battery ground cable.
2.
Raise and support vehicle.
3.
Remove transmission and
transfer case as outlined under
MANUAL TRANSMISSION/COMPONENT REPLACEMENT AND REPAIR PROCEDURE/TRANSMISSION.
4.
Remove transmission to
transfer case bolts.
5.
Separate
transfer case from transmission.
6.
Reverse procedure to install.
