EFE Relay: Service and Repair

POSITIVE TEMPERATURE COEFFICIENT HEATER RELAY

REMOVE OR DISCONNECT
1. Negative (-) battery cable.
2. Relay box cover from relay box.
3. Positive Temperature Coefficient (PTC) Heater relay from relay box.

INSTALL OR CONNECT
1. PTC heater relay to relay box.
2. Relay box cover to relay box.
3. Negative (-) battery cable. Tighten Negative (-) cable-to-negative (-) battery terminal retainer to 15 Nm (11 lb ft).
