Seat Temperature Element: Testing and Inspection

Seat Heater Test

1. Remove the front seat.
2. Driver's seat: Check for continuity between the No.1 and No.2 terminals, and No.2 and No.3 terminals of the driver's seat heater heater connector (3P).
There should be continuity. If there is no continuity, replace the driver's seat heater.

DRIVER'S SEAT:

FRONT PASSENGER'S SEAT:

3. Front passenger's seat: Check for continuity between the No.2 and No.3 terminals, and No.3 and No.4 terminals of the passenger's seat heater connector (4P).
There should be continuity. If there is no continuity, replace the passenger's seat heater.

4. If the continuity is not as specified, replace the heater.
