Disassembly and Assembly




1. Remove the self-tapping screws and the mode control motor together with the bracket.
2. Remove the self-tapping screw and the mode control arm.
3. Remove the self-tapping screws, then carefully separate the housings.
4. Pull out the heater core.

NOTE: Be careful not to bend the inlet and outlet lines during heater core removal.

5. Reassemble the heater unit in the reverse order of disassembly. Make sure that there is no air leakage.
