Front Seat Disassembly/Reassembly - Manual

- SRS components are located in this area. Review the SRS component locations, and the precautions and procedures before performing repairs or service.
- The front passenger's weight sensor (SWS) unit must be calibrated after any of these actions:
- Front passenger's seat replacement (including any seat components)
- Replacement of the seat weight sensors
- Replacement of the seat weight sensor unit






NOTE:
- Route the seat wire harness correctly.
- Make sure the bushing and pivot washer are installed correctly.
- Apply multipurpose grease to the moving portion of the seat track.
- To prevent wrinkles in the seat-back cover, stretch the material evenly over the pad.
