Seems the 2005 CR-V Service Manual is missing troubleshooting for VSA DTC 28 (longitudinal acceleration sensor). Until we can fix the S/M, use the troubleshooting for VSA DTC 26 [lateral acceleration sensor (inside of the sensor cluster)]. But to use this procedure for VSA DTC 28, change step 3 to read: Test-drive the vehicle around corners while braking.
