Set speed does not cancel when the cruise control main button is pressed

Diagnostic Procedure:

1. Check for PGM-FI DTCs. Initial Inspection and Diagnostic Overview

2. Do the cruise control combination switch test. Cruise Control Combination Switch Test (With Cruise Control)

3. Do the cruise control input test. Component Tests and General Diagnostics Test the cruise control main switch signal input.

Also check for:

- Short to power on the PNK, LT GRN wire
