Vehicle does not accelerate accordingly when the resume/accel button is pressed

Diagnostic Procedure:

1. Check for PGM-FI DTCs. Initial Inspection and Diagnostic Overview

2. Do the cruise control combination switch test. Cruise Control Combination Switch Test (With Cruise Control)

3. Do the cruise control input test. Component Tests and General Diagnostics Test the cruise control resume/accel switch signal input.

Also check for:

- Open circuit, loose or disconnected terminals: LT GRN/BLK, BLU wire
