Fuel Temperature Sensor: Service and Repair




Fuel Temperature Sensor Replacement

1. Relieve fuel pressure between the engine and the manual shut-off valve Service and Repair.

2. Remove the cowl cover and the under-cowl panel Service and Repair.

3. Disconnect the fuel temperature sensor connector (A).





4. Remove the fuel temperature sensor (B).

5. Apply silicone oil or polyalkyleneglycol (PAG) oil to a new O-ring (C), and carefully install it into its proper position Service and Repair.

6. Install the parts in the reverse order of removal.

7. Do the leak inspection procedure Testing and Inspection.
