Cool Box Control Motor Replacement

1. Remove the passenger's dashboard undercover Passenger's Dashboard Undercover Removal/Installation.

2. Remove the glove box Service and Repair.

3. Remove the passenger's air mix control motor Passenger's Air Mix Control Motor Replacement (With Climate Control).

4. Release the rod fastener (A), then disconnect the 7P connector (B) from the cool box control motor (C).





5. Remove the self-tapping screws and the cool box control motor from the heater unit, then remove the rod (D).

6. Make sure the shut valve move smoothly. Then install the motor in the reverse order of removal. After installation, make sure the motor runs smoothly.
