D4 Switch Test (6-Speed A/T)




D4 Switch Test

1. Remove these parts:

- Center middle panel Dashboard Center Middle Panel Removal/Installation
- Passenger's middle panel Dashboard Passengers Middle Panel Removal/Installation
- Multi-purpose hook
- Center lower console Dashboard Center Lower Console Removal/Installation

2. Disconnect the D4 switch connector (A).





3. Check for continuity between D4 switch connector terminals No. 1 and No. 2. There should be continuity while pressing the D4 button and no continuity when the D4 button is released.

- If the D4 switch tests OK, connect the connector, and install all removed parts.
- If the D4 switch tests faulty, replace the D4 switch D4 Switch Replacement (6-Speed A/T).
