Turbocharger Oil Supply Hose Replacement
Removal Procedure





1. Remove the turbocharger.
2. Remove the turbocharger oil feed pipe bolt.
3. Remove the oil feed pipe and washer.

Installation Procedure





1. Important: Lubricate the NEW washer with diesel fuel before installing.

Position the oil feed pipe and a NEW washer into place.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

2. Install the oil feed pipe bolt.
^ Tighten the bolt to 34 Nm (25 ft. lbs.).
3. Install the turbocharger.
