Shifter M/T: Service and Repair
SHIFT LEVER COMPONENTS INSPECTION 1.
Check the bushing for wear or damage.
2.
Check the return spring for damage or deterioration.
REASSEMBLY 1.
Apply multipurpose grease to the sliding part of the bushings.
2.
Reassembly is the reverse of disassembly.
