Repair Procedures
Removal and Installation
1. Remove the under cover (A).
Tightening torque
9.8 - 11.8N.m (1.0 - 1.2kgf.m, 7.2 - 8.7lb-ft)
2. Disconnect the LH,RH rear oxygen sensor connector from bracket.
3. Remove the front muffler (A).
Tightening torque
39.2 - 58.8N.m (4.0 - 6.0kgf.m, 28.9 - 43.4lb-ft)
4. Remove the LH/RH heat protector.
Tightening torque
9.8 - 11.8N.m (1.0 - 1.2kgf.m, 7.2 - 8.7lb-ft)
5. Remove the exhaust manifold stay.
Tightening torque
24.5 - 35.3 N.m (2.5 - 3.6 kgf.m, 18.1 - 26.0 lb-ft)
6. Remove the LH exhaust manifold (A).
Tightening torque
39.2 - 44.1N.m (4.0 - 4.5kgf.m, 28.9 - 32.5lb-ft)
7. Remove the RH exhaust manifold.
Tightening torque
39.2 - 44.1N.m (4.0 - 4.5kgf.m, 28.9 - 32.5lb-ft)
8. Installation is reverse order of removal.
