1. Raise and support vehicle, then remove master cylinder cap.
2. Disconnect speed sensor connector.
3. Remove lower caliper mounting pin/bolt.
4. Pivot caliper upwards, then remove pad retainers and inner and outer shims, Fig. 1.
5. On all models, remove brake pads.
6. Compress caliper piston with suitable C-clamp.
7. Reverse procedure to install. Tighten to specifications and bleed brake system as described under Brakes.
