Power Steering Oil Pressure Switch
Disconnect
power steering oil pressure switch harness connector.
Check resistance between switch terminals.
Resistance: When power steering not used
[1] no continuity.
When power steering activated
[2] [3] 0.45 Ohms.
[1] With low pump pressure, (steering held in a neutral position).
[2] With raised pump pressure, (steering held to a "lock position").
[3] Approximately.
