SERVICE INFORMATION:





In some cases, the rear parcel shelf finisher in an Infiniti J3O (JY32) model may sag at its outer ends where the finisher fits under the rear seat back trim. If this occurs, a gap between the parcel shelf and the rear seat~back trim may be seen through the rear window of the vehicle.





To resolve this incident, you may apply special foam spacers underneath the ends to close the gap between the finisher and the seat back.
