Service Procedure
For vehicles with 0 to 200 miles, skip to "Install Jumper Harness only".Install Condenser Fan and Jumper Harness-for vehicles with 200 miles or more
1. Write down radio station presets.
2. Disconnect negative battery cable.
3. Remove 2 clips from under the front fascia.
4. Remove both headlamp finishers (left and right); 3 clips on each finisher.
5. Remove 6 clips from the bumper fascia (shown below).
6. Remove 4 bolts from bumper fascia brackets (shown below).
7. Remove 2 nuts from the hood latch and position it out of the way.
8. Remove 6 screws from the front of the fender protectors; 3 on each side (Left and right).
9. Remove 2 corner bumper fascia bolts (1 on each side).
10. Disconnect the fog lamps (both sides).
11. Remove the 4 bumper fascia bolts shown below.
^ Reach up behind the fascia to remove the bolts.
12. Use 2 people to lift off the bumper fascia and set it out of the way.
13. Disconnect the condenser fan electrical connector.
14. Remove the condenser fan mounting bolt.
15. Remove the condenser fan.
16. Install the new condenser fan.
17. Install the mounting bolt.
18. Connect the new jumper harness as shown.
^ Make sure the jumper harness Part Number is 24167 - ZJ50A.
^ If a jumper harness was installed as part of a previous repair do not install a second one.
^ Mount the connector in the 4th hole as shown.
19. Reassemble all parts in reverse order.
20. Reconnect the battery cable.
21. Reset the clock and the radio presets.
Install Jumper Harness Only - for vehicles with 0 to 200 miles
1. Write down radio station presets.
2. Disconnect negative battery cable.
3. Look in the lower area of the front fascia and disconnect the condenser fan.
2. Connect the new jumper harness as shown.
^ Make sure the jumper harness Part Number is 24167 - ZJ5OA.
^ If a jumper harness was installed as part of a previous repair do not install a second one.
3. Mount the connector in the 4th hole as shown.
4. Reconnect the battery cable.
5. Reset the clock and the radio presets.
