HEATER & COOLING UNIT ASSEMBLY

HEATER CORE : Removal and Installation


REMOVAL

1.Remove heater & cooling unit assembly. Service and Repair.
2.Remove heater pipe grommet.
3.Remove mounting screw, and then remove heater pipe bracket.
4.Remove foot duct LH. Foot Duct.
5.Slide heater core to left side.

INSTALLATION

Note the following items, and install in the reverse order of removal.
NOTE:
Refilling Engine Coolant (VQ-37VHR models) or Refilling Engine Coolant (VK-56VD models) when filling radiator with engine coolant.
