1.
Disconnect hoses from transducer side ports.
2.
Apply compressed air into black hose at bottom of transducer. Air should not flow through transducer.
3.
Apply compressed air into the
EGR valve side port of the transducer. Air should flow through thermal vacuum side port and air filter portion of transducer.
4.
If back pressure transducer does not operate as specified, replace back pressure transducer.
