Procedures
Fuel Tank Draining Caution: Refer to Gasoline/Gasoline Vapors Caution. Caution: Refer to the Battery Disconnect Caution. 1.
Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2.
Raise the vehicle. Refer to Vehicle Lifting.
3.
Loosen the fuel fill hose clamp (1).
4.
Disconnect the fuel fill hose (2) from the
fuel tank.
5.
Use a hand or air operated pump device in order to drain as much fuel from the
fuel tank as possible.
