1. Install the brake pads.
2. Lubricate the slide pins and slide pin bushings with caliper slide grease or the grease provided with the caliper.
3. Install the caliper (1) on the anchor.










4. Install the caliper slide pin bolts (4) and tighten to 25 Nm (18 ft. lbs.).

CAUTION: Verify that the brake hose is not twisted or kinked before tightening the fitting bolt.

5. Install brake hose (3) to caliper with a new gasket washers and tighten banjo bolt (5) to 31 Nm (23 ft. lbs.).
6. Remove the prop rod from the brake pedal.
7. Bleed the area of repair for the brake system, If a proper pedal is not felt during bleeding an area of repair then a base bleed system must be performed.Service and Repair.
8. Install wheel and tire assemblies.
9. Remove supports and lower vehicle.
