INSTALLATION





1. Before proceeding with the following repair procedure, review all warnings and cautions. Service Precautions
2. Position the seat back cover over the seat back frame.
3. Position the seat back cushion on the frame and position the cover over the cushion.
4. Attach the seat cover (3) to the seat back cushion (1) and install new hog rings.





5. Connect the j-straps (1 AND 2).





6. Position the headrest sleeves (2) and seat into the seat back (1) frame fully.





7. Install the seat back bolts and tighten to 40 Nm (30 ft. lbs.).





8. Position the front seat belt buckle lower anchor onto the stud near the rear of the inboard seat cushion frame. Be certain the anti-rotation tab on the anchor is engaged in the clearance hole of the frame.
9. Tighten the nut to 43 Nm (32 ft. lbs.)





10. Install the side shields (2) and install the screws.
11. Install the lumbar and recliner handles (1).





12. Install the front seat. Front Seat - Installation





13. Press the headrest sleeve release buttons and install the headrest.
