Brake Backing Plate - Installation






INSTALLATION










1. Install support plate (2) on axle flange. Tighten attaching bolts (3) to 115 Nm (85 ft. lbs.).
2. Install the park brake shoes (1)Installation.










3. Install parking brake cable to brake actuator lever (4).





4. Install axle shaft (1) Installation.





5. Install the axle shaft flange nuts (1). Tighten to 119 Nm (88 ft.lbs.).





6. Install the wheel speed sensor (2) Rear.










7. Adjust brake shoes (1) to drum with brake gauge . Adjustments
8. Install the rotor Brake Rotor - Installation.










9. Install the caliper and the slide bolts (4) Disc Brake Caliper - Installation.
10. Install the wheel and tire assembly Service and Repair.
