Brake Fluid Level Sensor/Switch: Description and Operation

MASTER CYLINDER PRESSURE SENSOR

DESCRIPTION





The pressure sensor (A) is connected to the master cylinder, when ESC is on operation, detecting the brake pressure in order to sense the users braking intent. The pressure sensor (A) consists of two ceramic discs, one is fixed and the other movable, so that changes in pressure will modify the distance between the discs. (Max. measurable pressure is 200 bar.)
