- Description

- The results of a recently conducted JD Power and Associates survey revealed many customer complaints for the driver's floor mat not staying in place.

- These complaints have produced higher IQS scores, which in turn generate a negative image for Kia vehicles.

- Random checks have revealed that the Positive Retention Bracket, in some cases, is not being installed during the PDI process.

^ The bracket and installation instructions are included with each floor mat set. It is imperative that the bracket be installed and the mat is positioned accordingly.
