Expansion Valve: Service and Repair
EXPANSION VALVE REMOVAL 1.
REMOVE EVAPORATOR
Service and Repair 2.
REMOVE
EXPANSION VALVE Using a hexagon wrench, remove the 2 bolts and separate the evaporator expansion valve.
Torque: 5.4 N.m (55 kgf.cm, 48 in.lbf) INSTALLATION HINT: Lubricate the new O-rings with the compressor oil and install the tubes.
EXPANSION INSTALLATION Installation is in the reverse order of removal.
