Power Locks: Description and Operation

SYSTEM OUTLINE

In the door lock system, the respective door ECU controls the door lock motor. When the doors are locked/unlocked by the door lock control SW or the door key lock/unlock SW, the respective door ECU controls the motors through multiplex communication.

AUTO LOCK FUNCTION
In case all the doors are closed with the ignition SW at ON, all the doors will be locked when the following conditions are met:
- Shift lever is moved from P position to other positions.
- Any door is unlocked
