Headlamp Alignment Control Module: Service and Repair

HEADLAMP SWIVEL ECU ASSY

REPLACEMENT

HINT: Install is in the reverse order of removal.

1. PRECAUTION
2. SEPARATE BATTERY NEGATIVE TERMINAL
3. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL UNDER COVER SUB-ASSY NO.2
4. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL GARNISH SUB-ASSY RH
5. REMOVE GLOVE COMPARTMENT PLATE
6. REMOVE GLOVE COMPARTMENT HOLE COVER
7. REMOVE GLOVE COMPARTMENT DOOR ASSY W/INSTRUMENT PANEL AIRBAG ASSY LOWER NO.2




8. REMOVE HEADLAMP SWIVEL ECU ASSY
a. Disconnect the connector.
b. Remove the 2 nuts and the headlamp swivel ECU assy.

9. CONNECT BATTERY NEGATIVE TERMINAL
10. INSPECT SRS WARNING LIGHT
11. PERFORM INITIALIZATION
