MULTIPLEX TILT & TELESCOPIC ECU
REPLACEMENT
1. PRECAUTION
2. SEPARATE BATTERY NEGATIVE TERMINAL
3. REMOVE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL CENTER LOWER
4. REMOVE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL END
5. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL UNDER COVER SUB-ASSY NO.1
6. REMOVE COIN BOX ASSY
7. REMOVE OUTER MIRROR SWITCH ASSY
8. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL SAFETY PAD SUB-ASSY NO.1
9. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL AIR BAG ASSY LOWER NO.1
10. REMOVE MULTIPLEX TILT & TELESCOPIC ECU
a. Disconnect the connectors.
b. Remove the 2 nuts and the multiplex tilt & telescopic ECU.
11. INSTALL MULTIPLEX TILT & TELESCOPIC ECU
a. Install the multiplex tilt & telescopic ECU with the 2 nuts.
b. Connect the connectors.
12. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL AIR BAG ASSY LOWER NO.1
13. CONNECT BATTERY NEGATIVE TERMINAL
14. INSPECT SRS WARNING LIGHT
15. PERFORM INITIALIZATION
