Removal and Installation of Engine Intake Parts

REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION OF ENGINE INTAKE PARTS

a. If any metal particle enters the inlet pass, it may have a bad effect on the engine and turbocharger.
b. When removing and installing the inlet system parts, close the opening of the removed inlet system parts and the engine with a clean shop rag or gum tape.
c. When installing the inlet system parts, check that no metal particles have entered.
