Seat Temperature Switch: Testing and Inspection










INSPECT FRONT SEAT HEATER SWITCH
a. Measure the resistance of the switch.
If the result is not as specified, replace the switch.

HINT: As the dial is being turned, the resistance changes gradually.

b. Check that the seat heater switch indicator lamp illuminates.
OK:
If the result is not as specified, replace the switch.



INSPECT SEAT HEATER SWITCH







Apply battery voltage to the seat heater switch connector and check that the seat heater switch illuminates.




If the result is not as specified, replace the multi-display.
