Throttle Position Sensor: Testing and Inspection
INSPECT THROTTLE POSITION SENSOR a.
Disconnect the
throttle position sensor connector.
b.
Measure the resistance between terminals 1 (VC) and 4(E2).
Resistance:
1.25 to 2.35 kOhm at 20 °C (68 °F) If the result is not as specified, replace the
throttle position sensor.
c.
Connect the
throttle position sensor connector.
