WIPER RUBBER

REPLACEMENT

HINT:
- The installation procedures are the removal procedures in reverse order. However, only installation procedures requiring additional information are included.
- Use the same procedures for the RH side and LH side.
- The procedures listed are for the LH side.

1. REMOVE FR WIPER BLADE LH
a. Remove the front wiper blade LH from the front wiper arm LH.

NOTE: Do not fold the wiper arm with the wiper blade removed. The arm tip may damage the windshield surface.

2. REMOVE WIPER RUBBER LH
a. Remove the wiper rubber from the wiper blade.
b. Remove the 2 packing plates from the wiper rubber.




3. INSTALL WIPER RUBBER LH
a. Install the 2 packing plates to the rubber.

NOTE: Be careful not to install the packing plate reversed.




b. Install the rubber so that the head part (longer side) of the rubber faces the arm axle side.

NOTE: Push the wiper blade into the grooves of the wiper rubber to attach it completely.
