BRAKE: REAR BRAKE:

INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL REAR DISC BRAKE CYLINDER ASSEMBLY






(a) Install the disc brake cylinder assembly with the 2 bolts.
Torque: 27 Nm (273 kgf-cm, 20 ft-lbf)
NOTE: Install the rear disc brake bushing dust boot onto the groove of the rear disc brake cylinder.

2. CONNECT REAR BRAKE FLEXIBLE HOSE






(a) Connect the flexible hose with the union bolt and a new gasket.
Torque: 33 Nm (337 kgf-cm, 24 ft-lbf)
3. FILL RESERVOIR WITH BRAKE FLUID Service and Repair

4. BLEED BRAKE LINE Service and Repair

5. BLEED BRAKE ACTUATOR ASSEMBLY Service and Repair

6. INSPECT FLUID LEVEL IN RESERVOIR Service and Repair

7. INSPECT FOR BRAKE FLUID LEAK
8. INSTALL REAR WHEEL
Torque: 103 Nm (1,050 kgf-cm, 76 ft-lbf)
