Camshaft Position Sensor: Service and Repair
REMOVAL 1.
Disconnect the battery ground cable.
2.
Disconnect the Camshaft Position
(CMP) sensor electrical connector.
3.
Remove the CMP sensor.

Remove the bolt from the CMP sensor.

Remove the CMP sensor from the vehicle.
INSTALLATION 1.
To install, reverse the removal procedure.
CAUTION: Do not overtighten the screw or damage to the CMP sensor may occur.
