Global Positioning System Module: Service and Repair

REMOVAL
1. Disconnect the battery ground cable.

CAUTION: Electronic modules are sensitive to electrical charges. If exposed to these charges, damage may result.

NOTE: The telematics control module must be reconfigured upon installation.







2. Position the RH quarter panel close out panel aside.







3. Remove the telematics control module.
1 Disconnect the antenna.
2 Disconnect the electrical connector.
3 Remove the screws.

CAUTION: Use care when removing the antenna cable from the telematics control module, or damage may occur.

INSTALLATION







1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
