Main Bearings	Clearance to crankshaft	Desired	0.0009-0.0001 inch
		Allowable	0.0009-0.0019 inch
	Bearing wall thickness	Grade 1	0.0975 inch
		Grade 2	0.0985 inch
		Grade 3	0.0986 inch
Torque	Tighten in 4 steps according to sequence
		Stage 1: Bolts 1-8	18 lb. ft.
		Stage 2: Bolts 9-16	30 lb. ft
		Stage 3: Bolts 1-16	Additional 90 degrees
		Stage 4: Bolts 17-22	18 lb. ft.
