EGR Valve: Service and Repair
REMOVAL 1.
Remove the upper intake manifold.
2.
Disconnect the
Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) valve vacuum line.
3.
Remove the bolts from the
EGR adapter.
4.
Disconnect the differential pressure feedback (
EGR) hoses and the EGR valve tube fittings.
5.
Remove the
EGR valve and tube as an assembly.
INSTALLATION 1.
To install, reverse the removal procedure.
