1. Raise and support front of vehicle and remove front wheel.
2. Disconnect stabilizer bar from suspension arm, Fig. 4.
3. Remove suspension arm attaching bolts and nuts.
4. Remove ball joint attaching bolt and nut, then the suspension arm.
5. Reverse procedure to install, noting the following:
a. Torque ball joint attaching bolt to 32-40 ft.lbs. (4.4-5.5 mkg).
b. Temporarily tighten suspension arm attaching bolts, then lower vehicle and torque bolts to 69-86 ft.lbs. (9.5-11.9 mkg).
