RE: IDLER ARM RECALL CAMPAIGN #17510


Mazda Motor Corporation has decided to recall certain models (See "Subject Vehicle") on or after February 14, 1986, in order to replace the steering idler arm in the affected states listed below where large quantities of road de-icing salt are customarily used.

Affected States:

(MMA-C) Iowa, Kentucky, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, Wisconsin, Minnesota

(MMA-E) Connecticut, Delaware, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, District of Columbia, West Virginia
