Fuel Delivery and Air Induction: Testing and Inspection

1. Operate engine until normal operating temperature is obtained
2. Disconnect coasting valve air hose from air cleaner.
3. Start and operate engine at idle. Place a finger over the air hose opening and ensure air is not sucked into the air hose.
4. Disconnect electrical connector from shutter valve. Air should be sucked in and the engine should hunt at the same time, the coasting valve rod is pulled into the coasting valve about 0.4 inch.
