Procedures
MANUAL TRANSMISSION OIL INSPECTION Note: ^
Park the vehicle on level ground.
1.
Remove the oil level plug and washer.
2.
Verify that the oil is near the bottom of the plug port.
3.
If the oil level is low, add the specified amount and type of oil through the oil level plug hole.
Specified oil grade:
MERCON or M-III 4.
Install a new washer and the oil level plug.
Tightening torque
40-58 Nm (4.1-6.0 kgf-m, 30-43 ft-lbf)
